Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 25, 2026
Noetic, Inc. (“Noetic,” “we,” “us”) is a company based in Austin, Texas. This page explains what we collect from people who visit our marketing site, fill out a form, download a paper, or subscribe to the newsletter — and what we do with that information. It is written in plain English, and it describes only what the site actually does today. If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and bump the date above.
This policy applies to:
www.noeticbuild.com) — our main marketing site.noeticbuild.com.This policy does not cover app.noeticbuild.com, which is the customer application we operate for Noetic customers under separate contractual agreements (typically including a Data Processing Addendum). If you use the customer app, your organization’s agreement with Noetic governs how your data is handled there; ask your account contact for a copy.
Noetic is a business-to-business product. The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Questions about this policy: sales@noeticbuild.com.
When you fill out the contact form, request a white paper, or subscribe to the newsletter, we collect:
Along with the form data, we record some context about how you got to the site so we can attribute marketing spend honestly:
We do not ask for, and do not store, your phone number, postal address, payment details, or anything about your project other than what you choose to write in the message field.
We use Plausible Analytics for our baseline site analytics. Plausible is cookie-free, IP-free at rest, and does not build a cross-site profile of you. It records only aggregate counts of page views, referrers, and country-level location derived from the request — no individual identifiers. Plausible is requested through a same-origin proxy on noeticbuild.com, so blocking third-party trackers does not affect it.
On top of Plausible, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to measure how our paid search campaigns perform — specifically, which ad campaigns lead to people requesting a Site Diligence Report or downloading a white paper. These services set cookies and may share information with Google. We never sell your information and we have not enabled Google Signals or cross-device tracking on our property.
Google Analytics and Google Ads run with Google Consent Mode v2 and respect your selection in the “Privacy choices” link in the footer of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as an opt-out automatically.
We use three categories of cookies:
_ga, _ga_*) to measure aggregate site usage. You can turn these off in “Privacy choices.”We use a small set of well-known service providers (“subprocessors”) to run the site. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
| Service | Used for | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Hosting and serverless compute | United States |
| Supabase | Database (lead records) and object storage (PDFs) | United States |
| Resend | Transactional email (whitepaper delivery) | United States |
| Formspark | Form-submission backend: stores lead records, forwards to Slack and email, runs spam filtering | European Union |
| Akismet | Spam classification for form submissions (invoked by Formspark) | United States |
| Slack | Internal notification when a lead is submitted | United States |
| Plausible | Cookieless site analytics | European Union |
| Google Analytics 4 (aggregate site usage) and Google Ads (conversion measurement + remarketing for paid search) | United States |
We may also share information when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of Noetic and others, or in connection with a business transaction (e.g. a merger or acquisition), in which case we will say so in advance where the law allows.
Some pages have an “Ask AI” launcher that opens ChatGPT, Claude, or another assistant in a new tab with a pre-filled question about Noetic. The query is constructed in your browser and sent directly to the assistant you chose. No part of that request passes through our servers, and we do not record what you asked.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email sales@noeticbuild.com from the address you submitted, or from an address you can verify you control. We will respond within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days. There is no cost.
In addition, you can turn analytics and marketing tracking off at any time using the Privacy choices link in the footer of every page. See the next section for details.
If you are in a jurisdiction that grants additional rights (California, the EU/UK, etc.), those rights apply on top of what we offer above. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Click Privacy choices in the footer of any page to open a small panel that lets you control non-essential tracking on this site. It exposes three categories:
We honor the Global Privacy Control signal automatically. If your browser sends GPC (Brave, Firefox with the setting enabled, DuckDuckGo, and others), we treat that as an opt-out of analytics and marketing tracking for the duration of your visit — no action required on your part.
For California residents: the “Privacy choices” panel is also our compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) right to opt out of the “sale or sharing” of personal information. The analytics and marketing toggles opt you out of any data sharing with Google that those laws would treat as sale or sharing.
We host on Vercel and store data in Supabase. Both encrypt data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Database access is restricted to service accounts, and whitepaper download links are short-lived signed URLs. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we will notify you as required by law.
Noetic is a U.S. company and most of our infrastructure is in the United States. Form submissions are routed through Formspark, which is hosted in the European Union; the submission data is then forwarded to our U.S.-hosted database and email infrastructure. If you are in another country, your submission will pass through both the EU (briefly, at the form layer) and the U.S. (where we store and process it).
If we make material changes — new subprocessors, new categories of data, new uses — we will update the “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, post a note on the homepage or email people who have given us their address. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
